Contact/Mail

You can still keep in touch. It's not like I'm half way across the world. And even if I was, you can still call me on Skype every once in a while...

TIPS FOR SENDING ME LETTERS/PACKAGES:

Sending items in a padded envelope is best and is also a cheaper option. When using a box, it is best to use USPS standard or prepaid boxes. Using FedEx, UPS or DHL is $$ and the mail will not get here any faster.

I'm going to take this tip right from a fellow PCV's blog (Thanks Christine!). Use as much tape as you think you would need if you were planning to drop-kick it into a pile of land mines. Now double that.

You will have to declare the package for customs, so for this state/write "Educational materials". This is very general and could include anything, which will make it easier for me to get the package faster and w/o tampering. Declare the package value at $10 or less.

When sending postcards, put them in an envelope.

The usual delivery time for a letter is about a month. Packages take about three to five weeks.

I'll let you know when I have received something from you, to thank you and to give you peace of mind.
